Due to the nature of our handcrafted body care products, all sales are final on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
If a return is approved:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your Oils by Richie account. Cash or credit card refunds are not available.
Replacement Policy
If we determine that we shipped the wrong item or that a product arrived damaged due to our error, we will provide a replacement only if the submitted photos clearly show that the product is unopened and unused. We reserve the right to deny replacements if the product has been opened, used, or altered.
